Remove git status

Implemented skip-modified and no-skip-all

Stripping 'S ' from each file returned by skipped-files

Got grep/findstr working for skipped-files.

Added 'input' as an argument to the git macro.

Removing empty lines from git output.

Added some initial definitions for git helper methods.

Defined a git macro to make it easier to define git commands.
